Progress is being made on the construction site: after Böhm has completed their scope of work as planned, Habau is now taking over the construction management. Currently, work on the structural framework in the basement is being carried out. This transition marks a significant milestone in our project timeline, as we move from one phase of construction to another.
We are excited about the collaborative spirit and the synergy that has already begun to develop between our teams. The integration of modern construction techniques with the preservation of historical elements of the building presents a unique challenge, but one that we are ready to tackle head-on.
