August Update: The Foundation is Set
The next big step has been accomplished. The quite challenging foundation work is completed, and walls are already being erected quickly in the second basement. For this, we naturally need a bit of concrete, which is being delivered via Jakobergasse. Therefore, please understand if there is sometimes a big truck parked there.
September Update: Progress with the Basement
Visible progress on the construction site in September: The concrete ceiling above the second basement floor has been poured, and the overlying components, walls, and columns are now being constructed. The excavation work currently taking place throughout the entire neighborhood has nothing to do with us. Wiener Netze is laying new power lines. We also hope that the work will be completed as soon as possible.
