Excavation of Basement Level 3
At Riemergasse 7, things are bustling – quite literally: we are currently excavating the garage. We are using a truck-mounted excavator to lift the material from Basement Level 3 up to street level.
Facade Cleaning
The excitement continues: the cleaning of the historic facade is in full swing. Every small corner, every little spot, and every curve of the facade needs to be cleaned and potentially restored – what a challenge!
Since we are building in the heart of Vienna, we have to be mindful of several things: for example, we had to attach large tarps to avoid splashing dirty water on parked cars or pedestrians
Scaffolding
Our second scaffold on Jakobergasse is currently being assembled; it is 70 meters long and about 25 meters high. The third and final scaffold on Zedlitzgasse will be assembled next week over our construction containers.
Demolition
One of our biggest tasks is demolition. We are pleased to report that the demolition of our elevator shafts has been completed.
